personalised hoodie- how to DIY

On Friday night last week I finally used the sewing machine for sewing with fabric- instead of paper for scrapbooking. We had a 1st birthday party the next day so I had to whip up a birthday present. Usually I would make the hoodie then stitch the name on, but as I was strapped for time, I purchased a store made hoodie, added the name and lined the hood in the same fabric I used for the name.

Here is my how to. Please excuse my dodgy photos- taken at night with no flash on my phone.

The finished product!
